D-Lux Events @ San Diego Women’s Week

Our very own D-Lux Dolls and CEO, Meeshie Nguyen, made an appearance at the San Diego Women’s Week this past April 23rd. It was more of an appearance actually, they walked the run way!

So it’s been about three weeks since The Live Well Project came and went. For many of our staff, including I, the event was a very humbling experience. For a handful of us with prior event planning experience, The Live Well Project was redefinition of what it means to event plan.

ANNUAL BOWLING TOURNAMENTS (2006-2009)

In 2006, founder Meeshie Nguyen put together a bowling event for her friends in which everyone had to come dressed according to the chosen theme.  The first one was 70’s attire and the event had about 20 people attend.  It was so much fun that she held another one later that year and the theme was 80’s!  Following those were a Wild Wild West in early 2008, Holiday Attire 2008 at East Village Tavern, and another Holiday event in December 2009.  Stay tuned for the next one coming up in March/April 2010!
