This is how it works:

- Bring at least 3-5 items of clothing, that are fairly new or in good condition, still fashionable, something that you just don’t use anymore and/ or no longer fits.  Please make sure all clothing items are cleaned and pressed. We’ll provide hangers.

- Please check clothing for stains and any tears. ONLY bring what you would give to your best girlfriends.

- Bring items that can be worn for either summer or fall.

- For every item you bring you will receive a ticket to swap for another item of clothing.

- Clothing can be blouses, pants, dresses, skirts, jackets and coats.

- Please NO shoes, accessories, purses or intimate items.

The Live Well Project was created in 2010 from the vision of Michelle Weinstein, President of FITZEE FOODS.  She was put in touch with Meeshie Nguyen founder of D-Lux Events by a mutual friend Ray Gross.  It was at their meeting that the two women – who shared many professional goals – decided to collaborate on putting together this event.

It’s now 2011, and this will be the second year for the Live Well Project.

Live music will rock the venue from nationally acclaimed dance music sensation, Soul in the Machine. Known for rivaling the Blue Man Group with stunning one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art, sculpted-steel instruments infused with LEDs. The Pink Party features dozens of Vegas style cirque artists who perform human feats such as aerial silk and lira, body balancing, hoop and wing dancing, stilt-walking and other acts human feats.

With beauty at every turn, our signature high fashion runway show will feature designs from Diesel Hair Salon, Medavog Couture, Anjela Piccard and more! This will be a feast for the eyes, come hungry!

Art Gallery

The Pink Gallery will highlight local artists chosen by the San Diego Visual Arts Guild. The Pink Gallery will be located in the VIP loft, so be sure to purchase your VIP tickets to see all the wonderful art this year. Your artistic side will giggle as our photographers capture you in our in­famous themed Pink Lounge. Also, don’t miss the body-painting contest featuring SkinTight and Cheak2Cheak and our new Pink Party Caricature Artist Jules!

Noel Sanger has toured for two years with Tiesto (the biggest DJ name of all time) and releasedhundreds of productions worldwide, not to mention his 6 DJ mix compilations in North America, and is making club-worthy beats for pop star Ricky Martin’s next album (no, really).
